A few tips
A hundred different people, a hundred different tastes. There is no accounting for tastes, but we would like to share a few ideas with you.
As said before, the possibilities of our wokbuffet are unlimited. You can happily create numerous dishes to youre liking. There are however a few hints we would like te give.
Usage of fruits with salt dishes is discouraged, for fruit is very hard to combine with dishes which are not sour and/or sweet. A good balance in composition is of great importance in any dish.
Generally it is wise not to create a dish out of 30 different ingredients. It is advised to use a few main ingredients and add the finishing touch with a small amount of supporting ingredients.
The art of omission applies here too.
It is a good idea to use more vegetables in proportion to other ingredients, because after preparation of your meal, the vegetables will not be as great a share of your meal as they were before preparation.
Our wok specialities restaurant is also suitable for weddings, parties and other festivities with small or large groups.
